Community Manager – PH

Compy joined Ignite Impact Fund in 2018. She holds the position of both Associate and Executive Assistant to the Ignite PH CEO. She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations and provides scheduling and administrative support to both the US and Philippine Ignite teams. She is also Ignite’s Social Media and Community Manager, and is in charge of managing the company’s community online, building and growing it through social media. On top of all of that, she is also a Teaching Assistant for one of the Principals, Maoi, for her courses in innovation strategy. She previously worked at the Asian Institute of Management, an international management school and research institution, as an Assurance of Learning Associate and then as a Teaching & Learning Associate at the Office of the Dean. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a major in European Studies from De La Salle University Manila.
