Titos is passionate about environmental issues and social justice. He is also a recently retired Associate Professor, with tenure, at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) whose key areas of expertise revolve around Strategic Planning, Entrepreneurship, and Social Entrepreneurship, Business Model Innovation, Design Thinking, Total Quality Management, Business Process Reengineering, E-Commerce and E-Governance, Operations Management and Critical Thinking.  He continues to serve as Academic Program Director of the Master in Entrepreneurship program at AIM where he mentors entrepreneurs who are seeking to significantly grow their businesses. He also continues to be mentor to many would-be entrepreneurs in the Philippine startup ecosystem. His extensive 36-year career in education and consulting has taken him to both public and private sector exposure and continues to stay in touch with the developments in the software development, and information and communications technology sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines (1978), and a Master in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management (1983).
