Joel Momberger is a US-trained attorney with over three decades of experience in technology commercialization and international business. He has acted as Senior Legal Counsel for Oracle Asia-Pacific, as Managing Director of Informatica ASEAN (based in Singapore), of Counsel to the BakerBotts law firm, as a foreign legal consultant to the Kim & Chang law firm in South Korea, as the resident Director for the Gyeonggi-UT Innovation Program (a joint undertaking between the University of Texas/Austin IC2 Institute and a Korean governmental agency) and in a variety of management and advisory roles related to wealth creation from technology.
