With 15 years of experience, Tani is a skilled manager, entrepreneur, and development practitioner. He has previously served as a senior program officer for the Asia Foundation, leading projects in partnership with organizations such as USAID, DFAT, and the World Bank. In addition, he has worked as an assistant general manager and investor relations officer for a publicly traded low-cost housing company, where he played a key role in the company's listing on the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Currently, Tani is a fellow at Ignite Impact Fund and works as a consultant on multiple projects in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). His consultancy focuses on investments, human settlements, development, and revenue generation for the regional government. Tani holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management.
