RP has had extensive experience across the different stakeholders of the Philippine innovation ecosystem from his work in Pricewaterhouse Coopers, his time teaching in Ateneo de Manila, and being a senior consultant in Hybridigm Consulting. He has trained entrepreneurs from various sectors involved in real estate, agriculture, and manufacturing. He has experience in coordinating international projects for Innovate UK spearheading the Global Innovation Policy Accelerator in the Philippines. He provides policy support to the Philippine government in the development of the Philippine startup ecosystem. He has helped author two laws in providing support to startups. He is the lead in evaluating agriculture-based innovations for Ignite Impact Fund. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with Minor Degree in Management from the Ateneo de Manila University.
